·         First meeting of the Adhoc committee will be Tuesday, April 10th at 6:00 p.m. In general the committee will meet the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays each month which is before the LSL meetings.
·         Decisions for the expansion project will be made by the adhoc committee, but Arny Stromberg will be the one to directly communicate with the contractor if anything urgent comes up.
·         It was stated by the LSL representatives that the contract for the expansion will not be signed until the money from the LSL  is in the LSL account. The LSL will report when that deposit is made. A thank you note and expansion updates will be given to St John’s as well as GSLC.
·         The shed directly behind the church where the expansion will be  built will be demolitioned on Saturday, April 14th. The tables and chairs that are in that shed will be donated or stored in the  Blue shed.  The city dumpster will be arriving on Friday, April 13th and will be picked up Monday 16th.
·         May 1st is the targeted start date.
·         There was a discussion on how 4 more feet for the larger expansion will help the school to have 2 more children and give the church a larger meeting room. It was also mentioned that there has been a $5,000 donation toward the larger space. Fundraising for the additional costs if needed will be facilitated by the church.
·         A motion with an amount up to $7,000 for the church to spend toward the expansion was made.
·         The motion was passed and all in attendance agreed.

MOTION:
The GSLC congregation agrees to spend up to $7,000 toward the cost of the expansion to be constructed at the larger size of 16 feet.
